Payment will be made after accepting the print quote and is the final step before starting the print. Without payment, the order cannot proceed.
For more complex prints that generate a higher monetary quote, payment can be made in two stages: at the beginning of the print and shortly before delivery.
The payment method will be the acceptance of quotes through the PayPal platform: the user will not need to have a PayPal account, the service acts as an intermediary between customer and supplier.
The costs are inclusive of every cost item, no additional payments are omitted: what the customer pays and sees in the quote is the entire amount due. Any costs for reprints, production errors, more expensive shipments than expected, will be borne by the supplier.
The product can be received in two ways:
As the students of Politecnico di Milano are the direct recipients of the service, delivery can take place at established points. The points will be indicated at the time of the imminent delivery notice of the product. These places are obviously in the immediate vicinity of the university, Leonardo or Bovisa headquarters. Currently, deliveries are not available at other university locations (e.g., Cremona, Lecco, etc.).
The customer can choose, for certain reasons, to ship to their domicile or to a pickup point. The shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.

The method of receiving the product will be decided BEFORE receiving the quote. The form to complete the request will also need to have fields for shipping information (generally, just the postal code is enough for an accurate quote).

The service is subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase contract: the product can be ordered and can be returned for the following reasons:
In these cases, the refund is issued for 100% of the amount paid, excluding shipping costs borne by the customer. The refund is issued only after the supplier (Make it Real) has received the returned material.
The method of sending the goods for the purpose of the refund is at the customer's discretion: they can make a hand delivery or organize a private shipment to the address that will be provided.
The refund can also be requested for other reasons unrelated to the production process or to the supplier (Make it Real), but a fee will be withheld that covers the cost of the material and the costs of product disposal.
